When you send a Made for You brief, we collect your name, email address, uploaded image, the information you include in your brief and any optional preferences you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, respond to you, discuss a possible necklace commission and, if you decide to proceed, guide the creative process.
Your images and brief
Your uploaded image and answers are kept privately with your enquiry. Please only upload images you are comfortable sharing with Indigo Makes and have permission to use.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting commission, and meet relevant record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information connected with your enquiry by emailing indigomakes@gmail.com, subject to any information we need to retain for legal or record-keeping reasons.
